Andrea Brannon

VP of Operations

Andrea is the operational backbone of DenaliTEK. She coordinates service delivery, manages the internal accountability loop that drives our weekly client debriefs, and ensures that what we promise in contracts actually happens in practice. When clients describe DenaliTEK as "reliable," Andrea's fingerprints are on that reputation.

Jacob Griffin

Business Technology Advisor

After years of serving DenaliTek's clients as a technician, Jacob now manages new customer onboarding and client relationships. He makes sure DenaliTek clients get the system they need and nothing they don't. He helps transitions happen smoothly, and make sure DenaliTek clients are the happiest in Alaska.
